Random thought?
“The road is long, with many a winding turn that leads us to where…” Where does the road lead today Father?
“…But I’m strong, strong enough to carry him…” If Father…You will be my strength. Then…
“…He ain’t heavy, he’s my brother.
So…
“…on we go. His welfare is my concern. No burden is he, we’ll get there…”
We come to You we that are heavy laden. We take Your yoke and learn meekness and humbleness of heart and find rest, For Your yoke is easy and Your burden light.
In Your strength,
“…he would not encumber me.”
Father…
“If I’m laden at all, I’m laden with sadness,
that everyone’s heart isn’t filled with the gladness… of love for one another…”
“A new commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another…as I have loved you… that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are My disciples…if ye have love for one another.”
“…It’s a long long road, from which…” there is no going back.
“…So while on the ‘Way’ to there, why not share.”
Be our strength, Father, as we travel together with You and to You so that we can say…
“…the load doesn’t weigh me down at all. He ain’t heavy. He’s my brother…”
“Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. An lead us not into temptation…but deliver us from evil…”
In Yeshua’s name we pray,
Amen.
